Identification

On the test day you will be required to show one form of photo-bearing identification. Your identification must include:

  • your name;
  • your date of birth;
  • a recent photograph, embedded in the card (ie not laminated); and
  • your signature.

Only these documents are acceptable:

  • Current passport
  • Current driver's licence or learner's permit (photo-bearing)
  • Current (photo-bearing) Australian Keypass/Proof of Age Card or the equivalent in Denmark. A student ID card is ONLY acceptable if it meets all four criteria listed.

If you do not possess any of the above forms of photo-bearing ID you must obtain a certified letter of identification. This letter must be on official letterhead (school, other educational institution or employer) and contain:

  • your name;
  • your date of birth;
  • a passport photo glued to the letter with the institution stamp overlapping;
  • the signature and title of the official verifying the identification; and
  • your signature.

If you do not present one of the forms of ID listed above, or if the identity document you present has expired or does not bear an easily recognisable photograph of you as you look on the test day, you will not be permitted to sit uniTEST and will be turned away from the test centre.
